Senior Learning and Development Specialist who builds learning systems that improve performance, onboarding, and capability at scale — bringing structure, clarity, and visual thinking into how people learn and grow.
I helped build the first offshore onboarding program for a US-based fintech payments company in the Philippines — an opportunity that began with onshore certification and evolved into designing a learning system that could support a growing team from the ground up. That experience shaped everything about how I approach this work: you have to understand something deeply before you can teach it well.
I'm also among the first offshore Master Trainers in APAC for Western Union, where I supported service capability initiatives that contributed to a Top 3 global customer satisfaction ranking.
Since then, I've spent more than a decade designing onboarding programs, competency frameworks, and learning experiences across fintech, solar manufacturing, and global customer operations. I've worked with teams of all sizes, but the question behind it has remained the same: does this actually help people do their jobs better?
Outside of L&D, I'm drawn to creative work — design, illustration, motion, and visual storytelling. Not because they're separate interests, but because they sharpen the same skill: helping people understand ideas more clearly.

Learning and design have always gone hand in hand for me. I explore ideas visually — through illustration, digital art, graphic design, and video. This space is where curiosity leads. A collection of work, experiments, and creative pursuits that shape how I communicate and build.
More to come as the collection grows.
